Terms of Service

By accessing or using AgentsKB ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including use via:

• • The AgentsKB website (agentskb.com)
• • The REST API (agentskb-api.agentskb.com)
• • The MCP Protocol server (mcp.agentskb.com)
• • The CLI tool (@agentskb/cli)

AgentsKB is a pre-researched knowledge base designed for any AI. The Service provides:

• • Researched Q&As: Technical answers curated and researched from authoritative sources
• • REST API: Programmatic access to our knowledge base
• • MCP Protocol: Native integration with any AI supporting MCP (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc.)
• • CLI Tool: Command-line interface for lockfile management and local queries

To access certain features, you must register for an account. We use Google OAuth for authentication.

• • You must provide accurate information during registration
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our Q&A content at scale
• Share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create competing products using our data

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

• • Free: 1,000 requests per month
• • Pro ($9/month): 10,000 requests per month
• • Scale ($29/month): 50,000 requests per month

Re-hits (same question within 24 hours) count as 0.1x against your quota. Exceeding your limit will result in rate-limited responses until the next billing cycle or upgrade.

• • Our Content: The Service, including all Q&As, curation, and organization, is owned by AgentsKB and protected by copyright.
• • Your Usage: You may use answers retrieved via the API for your personal or commercial projects, but may not redistribute the raw data at scale.
• • Attribution: We appreciate (but don't require) attribution when our answers help you build something great.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• • AgentsKB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• • We are not responsible for decisions made based on our Q&As

• • Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• • Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Scale plans
• • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• • Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days in advance of any price increases

• • By You: You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard
• • By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• • Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and/or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
